Product & Materials

1. What materials are your bedding products made from?

Our collection features premium natural fibers: European linen from flax and high-quality cotton sourced from Asia. All textiles are OEKO-TEX certified for safety and sustainability.


2. What is OEKO-TEX certification?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifies that our fabrics are free from harmful substances and safe for direct skin contact, meeting strict international standards.


3. How do linen and cotton differ?

Linen is naturally breathable, temperature-regulating, and becomes softer with each wash. Cotton is smooth, soft from the start, and offers excellent comfort year-round.


Care & Maintenance

1. How do I care for linen bedding?

Machine wash in cool to warm water with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Linen naturally softens over time and light wrinkles are part of its relaxed, luxury aesthetic.


2. How do I care for cotton bedding?

Machine wash in warm water with like colors. Tumble dry on medium heat. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles. Iron if desired for a crisp finish.


3. Will the bedding shrink?

Minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash. We account for this in our sizing to ensure a proper fit.


Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the UK with reliable delivery options.


2. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

We're focused on UK delivery at present, with plans to expand to additional markets in the future.


4. Can I use multiple shipping addresses at checkout?

Currently, each order can be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each delivery address.


5. Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.


6. Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the item ships.


7. Can I include a gift note?

Yes, you can add a gift message using the special instructions section on the checkout page.


Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unwashed, unused items in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.


2. How do I exchange an item?

Contact our customer service team and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size or product, subject to availability.


3. Who pays for return shipping?

We cover the return shipping costs; customers don't have to pay. We will arrange return shipping for you and send you the shipping label, along with instructions on where to send it.
